What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors use any forms, the information within the email will be sent to specific addresses and stored within them. These addresses include: larry@sketchupdesigntime.com. This is to ensure that I have the visitor’s contact information if required as well as a record of the message they sent for further reference. We store user input data sent through the contact forms on this website, along with meta-information about the submissions, including the time stamp, the origin IP address, and the user agent (browser).

Media
Testimonial Images – If you upload a picture of yourself along with your testimonial, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Portfolio Images – For your privacy and my own, I have gone to the full extent of stripping the EXIF data from images that I have taken in an attempt to detract visitors who are looking for such information.
Other Media – I am not responsible for any content that reveals any form of location information (EXIF data, landmarks, street signs, etc…). You have the right to request the removal of said photos, designs, or videos if you desire to.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Who we share your data with
By default, WordPress does not share your data with anyone. To keep things simple, neither do we.
The only time data should leave the realm of this business is when comments on the website may be checked by an automatic spam detection service.
What rights you have over your data
Any content on the website that has you (or your likeness) displayed – either written or visually – you can request to receive a copy of it. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
